This community, located in County Vas, in the valley of the river Rába, is worth a visit not only on the World Wide Web, but also in real life. Our town is colourful and diverse, with a rich heritage. During its history going back more than a thousand years, our ancestors have accumulated a number of tangible treasures that have been preserved through our culture. These provide a solid and wide foundation for the pillars of the future: the fast-developing industry and wellness tourism.

This homepage acquaints the dear visitor with the town’s past and monuments. It gives an insight into our vibrant cultural life. It helps introduce our notable sights. It gives a portrait of our economy and provides practical information for those who visit, or are thinking about visiting us.
